Breast Implant Removal is a surgical procedure to reverse the breast augmentation, replace, revise the shape or size of the breast, or to simply remove the implants.
Breast Implant Removal procedure is called for when one’s breast implant has ruptured, having capsular calcifications or capsular contracture, breast cancer, and other complications such as:
- Infection
- Bleeding
- Calcium build up
- Necrosis or the development of dead tissues around the breast implant
