Dr Michael Kernohan is a Specialist Plastic Surgeon practising in South West Sydney, providing procedures for the face, nose, breast and body as well as complex reconstructive surgery.

Before returning to Australia, Dr Kernohan worked as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon in the United Kingdom, where he gained extensive experience in head and neck reconstruction and facial palsy surgery. He later completed further subspecialty fellowship training in head and neck oncology and reconstructive microsurgery in Sydney, as well as advanced cosmetic surgery training in London’s Harley Street medical district.

He is actively involved in teaching and surgical training, and has presented research at departmental, national and international meetings. Dr Kernohan also participates in medical education programs with Western Sydney University and the University of New South Wales.
